Bag training is the perfect workout: you improve your fitness and muscle strength, so you will get a stronger and tighter body. It is also ideal to lose weight but you will become more empowered and confident. In bag training you practice the same techniques and train the same muscles as in kickboxing, only now you are with your boyfriend / girlfriend / partner / buddy or just with the bag.
