Pump is a group lesson with music where you work out all muscles using weights and dumbbells. The emphasis is on strength training, but not with the purpose to be very muscular. You often get quite a tighter body and you train the endurance of your muscles. Because with Pump burning energy is most important, this workout is also called 'the fastest way to get in shape'.
