You really have to be in a great shape when you would like to be a great boxer. A part of the focus in the training sessions will be laid upon this important aspect. Also, you will learn different fighting techniques, learn how to defend attacks and have training fights.
Don't underestimate boxing, it is more than simply deliver punches to your opponent. Strategy, foot work, discipline, timing, coordination, rhythm and technique are all aspects that you need to have in order to be a good fighter.
